About Seruku

Seruku was founded in 2003 to provide high-quality and low-cost software that can be downloaded over the internet and purchased for a reasonable price.

That's a deceptively simple sentence-- there's a lot buried in those simple phrases.

Small software company. We're a handful of programmers, working on projects we find useful and interesting. We use the software we write, we answer most of the e-mail ourselves, and we take a heck of a lot of pride in what we do. While we hope to one day become an enormous conglomerate, we hope we can do so without losing the "small company feel."
High-quality and low-cost. We don't like expensive software, and we don't like the bugs that seem to inevitably creep into complex applications. This means we don't write office suites or "enterprise applications." We're not really into grand visions; we prefer to write software that solves everyday problems. The corporate motto is no surprises-- you should never be surprised by our software, or spend time wondering how to use it.
Downloaded over the internet. We don't put our software in boxes and you won't find our applications on the shelves of retail stores. We keep our applications small, and we make them easy to download and install. We think this makes life simpler.
For a reasonable price. We don't like spending a lot of money either. We strive for fair and reasonable prices, and we always let you download a trial version first (so you can 'kick the tires' before you buy our products).
